The office is designed for rotating nonprofit foundations, offering a bright, sustainable, and adaptable workspace that can be shared by multiple organizations over time. Ample natural light, eco-conscious materials, and vibrant color create an uplifting environment, while a neutral base maintains openness.

Earthy tones, greens, yellows, and oranges introduce warmth and energy. Flexible, ADA-compliant seating arrangements, ranging from casual lounges to focused workstations, support a wide variety of users and encourage collaboration across different foundations.
